How to send reminder emails for user timesheets
This GroupCamp FAQ explains how to configure email notifications for your colleagues and guests to remind them to complete their timesheets.
Configuring the Send reminders emails feature is protected by the privilege: Modules > Timesheet > Extended privileges > Configure reminder emails.
In the Timesheet app, click on the Actions menu and select Send reminder emails.
Use this checkbox to enable or disable email notifications.
Select when you want to send your email notifications.
On what condition?
Working days are configured in the preferences of each user.
Which users would you like to notify?
Click the icon to list the users who have the privilege.
To select users:
- You can use Profiles of privileges, see this FAQ: How to grant privileges. How to use Profiles of privileges.
- You can customize this value per user. With the User window or with the Users > Settings menu.
Enable user reminders with the Users > Settings menu
In the RECEIVE REMINDER EMAILS column, check or uncheck boxes.
